In news that somehow completely passed us by, a side-scrolling shooter based on the classic Space Adventure Cobra anime is releasing this August for PS5 and PS4 — and it just got a cool new trailer.
Space Adventure Cobra: The Awakening is described as an action platformer, set across a number of planets and subsequent levels. It also offers a two-player co-op mode so you can share the nostalgia around.
The game looks pretty promising in the footage that we've (only just) seen, and if you're old enough to actually be aware of the source material, then it's probably worth keeping an eye on.

Looks nice but i think this site believes gamers are all anime fans.
Heck yeah I’m a Cobra fan. It’s my avatar after all and one of my favorite series that came from Shonen Jump. Definitely keeping an eye for this game.

Maybe PS staff should read sister site Time Extension? They had an article, and screenshots back in September.

Damn i don't if people watched this but i was fan of Cobra 20 years ago.
its an adult Anime and remember there was lot of tits scene its what i loved more in it, hope the game will have it.
